The Czech Republic took seriously cybersecurity threat. The country starts already preparations in both legal and operational levels. As a result the Czech Republic was ranked first in the National Cyber Security Index (NCSI).
NCSI evaluates the preparation capacity of countries in case of cyber attacks.
According to NCSI, the country’s strong points are the protection of personal data.
The Czech Republic follows Estonia, Spain, Lithuania, France, Denmark, Germany, Slovakia and Finland.
Although the country was already considered well protected in 2017, in March 2019, the Czech National Cyber Security Center had issued a warning against the use of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., and ZTE Corporation.
